Today started out with all types of twists and turns but I was determined to make this day count. Today brought fresh bundles of lemon balm and oregano to dry from our favorite local farmer, new Love Jars set out by the shore to brighten someone’s path, and as I came into the Sunroom my eyes caught the sunshine playing with a painting of a sea star I created and I was filled with gratitude. I am so blessed to enjoy creating vibrant colored pieces like the ones I used for this sea star painting that now sits glowing in our sunroom light. Choosing joy whenever you can feels better than the alternative.
We dropped all the heaviness of the day and took out our Love Jars we worked on earlier this week and placed them at our local parks! I hope they bring other joy.
